Shifting ray has to be the most overpowerd skill in the game, allowing players to go on the offense with no risk
For example, you attack an enemy base and see that your enemy is attacking yours >> Shifting Ray on top of your enemy, and use Dominators to disable him and kill him
Shifting Ray + Dominator Stuff
Shifting Ray + The Race Confuse
Shifting Ray + Arbitor Confuse
All = Enemy Dead
My suggestion is make a cooldown of 5 seconds after you use shifting ray which your units are disabled, or abilities are.
