Exotic goods?

Hello my first post on this forum :P

I started playing KOH about a week ago, i have mastered it pretty good and completed it with some small countrys denmark, portugal at hard lvl. But im missing out on kingdom advantages were i can only seem to get the 2 that dont require exotic goods, i read around and saw that you needed harbors too get em, but that i already had.

Soo my question is, how do i get em :P ?

In case you didn't:
You need to have an Admiralty in order to import Exotic Goods from 'far away lands' (As far as I know, you just import them with no idea from where. As in, you don't get them with one of your trade partners. You just get them). In order to build one (I think there are about 8 Exotic Goods, so in essence, in order to win by Kingdom Advantages, you'd have to have 8 coastal provinces - 8 Admiralties) You need to build a Fishmonger, upgrade it to Docks, then build a Harbor (Requires Docks), which you can upgrade to Admiralty.
Once you have it, you click on the anchor symbol you see when you click a town- It's right next to the other stats, like food supply, number of workers in town, etc'. You choose the goods you wish to import.
