if you don't like his posts about his country, just simply don't visit threads with "Indonesia" in title
"bulgarian clan" which did exactly the same taught me to ignore such things, it was when all Bulgarians jumped at me that I am anti-Bulgarian because I was posting posts like you. Are you anti-Indonesian or what?
let him live, you could ignore him and it would make stop some day (if noone replies) ;) but what's wrong on it?
Well, I don't think the problem's with Indonesia or something, but with IWM's flooding - he could've posted the anthem in the thread called "Indonesia" (how "confusing", isn't it?), like we posted everything only in our own "Bulgarian clan" thread, without flooding with "thread about the Bulgarian anthem", "thread about the Bulgarian rakia", "thread about Bulgaria's accession to the EU", "thread about the Bulgaria's plans for world domination" etc! So if someone from BSS could just merge this thread with the Indonesia thread, everything should be just fine... ;)

What would you say if I wasn't bulgarian? And I never had anything to do with the bulgarian clan, except for a few messages in their thread.
BTW, I am quite surprised how you suddenly became so patient and uncomplaining. It seems that three threads about a single country and four or five publications of a national anthem (in English and in Indonesian), all posted by ONE person in a time-span of 2-3 weeks, is something that is less annoying than a few posts written by some bulgarians in their native language...

You're right about the Bulgarian clan thing in the Sunflowers forum, but it seems different than here...

Exactly, there are threads on Indonesia everywhere here. Maybe he should just create one thread and stick to it, here there are the thread: Indonesia, Indonesia Raya, Demoralization and that's all I can remember right now, he also posted about Indonesia randomely in the Gameplay forum. For me, that's one of the solutions, delete all these threads and keep Indonesia thread, he can keep that.

I agree, at least the Bulgarian Clan was not about how Bulgaria is demoralized by American influences, it also wasn't about religion, here there's alot with Islam. I think that's the other factor, that IWM made things controversial, it all started with the demoralization thing.

btw, I am as annoyed as you all by this Indonesian flood, especially when it all goes from one boy, but come on, he's just 12, we should be more tolerant to boys of this age, shouldn't we? especially when they don't try to behave like older (what I would expect from all 12 years old boys)

some time ago I was the one who was annoyed that much by not so strong, but stil flood of bulgarian posts all over diferent topic threads that I voiced up, I learned from that fault (it didn't help and just caused boiling blood), so now I am more tolerant (see what I quoted)
We shuold either really cool our heads or stop discussing these things untill there is some moderator (I don't want to make Frujin even more busy than he is now)

Yeah you did get really mad on the Bulgarian thing but you were annoyed at the Indonesia topics as well.
As for the moderator suggestion, I agree but shouldn't we stop all controversial topics unless we get a DMZ?
I have already suggested that we should not have controversial topics in the absence of a DMZ type area for them, but until you came along and suggested such as well, Carbon, nobody else seemed to be to concerned. I still feel that all controversial topics should be left to private discussions or carried to a forum that does have a place for such discussions.

I don't think placing the blame on me will do anyone any good, it won't solve anything. It's obvious that IWM has made many Indonesian topics that got pretty controversial, are any other topics controversial? No, not any that I could see... and I don' think that's a coincidince.
But we should give him a break, he is rather young and would probably like to get more involved in the community, we should tell him one more time that posting about "Demoralization" and too many topics on Indonesia causes problems, I'm pretty sure he would listen...
I don't see too many posts about DMZ around here, which is what I suggested long ago, those posts on the DMZ that manage to slip away from that thread (rare) are not controversial. I understand you don't want a DMZ/debates/politics etc. but if that's the case, then we have to make sure there are no controversial threads on the off-topic forums, which makes it all the more difficult (the situation here is a perfect example, there are already several threads with debates) that's why I suggested a DMZ, Sunflowers had a DMZ but there were no controversial threads flaring up everywhere, so what's the problem with that? If nobody wants a DMZ then I think that's fine, it's not a necessity, that's why in the DMZ suggestion thread I said that's okay we don't have to have it, and it ended there.
I don't see the problem with that, would you like to explain how that's the root of all evil? Seems silly to think so. I don't want to start a debate on this, I was just explaining how suggesting a DMZ doesn't brainwash people to post controversial posts, so please don't think of it that way, the problem is a little more difficult than blaming like that.
One more thing, my post above was not suggesting the creation of a DMZ, I was suggesting to take off all the controversial threads unless we get some sort of DMZ, very similar to what you said...

On the other hand I think we could be able to keep those topics calm, and I think most of us could do it, but I think it would be better to wait till there is some moderator.

Why? The problem is not in Indonesia itself or anything, but in the several threads about it. And, btw, people, don't forget that f.e. the "Demoralization" thread wouldn't be controversial if it wasn't responded. It's not only IWM's fault (especially since he's just a 12 year old kid, like Elvain repeated several times), but it's also ours!
P.S. Carbon is right - when we had a DMZ in the SF forums, the "DMZ-topics" rarely appeared outside the DMZ. So if somebody doesn't want to read controversies, perhaps the DMZ would actually help him, by limiting the controversies only in the DMZ. Of course, the presence of admins and moderators would still be a good and required thing... ;)

So as I said - don't reply those topics (I will not reply anymore, untill there is a moderator*), don't react when posts about Indonesia emerge in whatever thread anywhere on the forum (that's why I said it simplier, but more confusing way: "ignore word Indonesia"), and everything is gonna be ok, right?
* As I said, when there is a topic where I think I have something to say, I like to join it and I don't think it should be problem as long as the people involved keep the discussion reasonable (I'm not trying to say I never stopped to be reasonable in certain discussions). But if the majority wants no such topics - at least untill there is no moderator - I accept it and subordinate.

I don't think it is a "stupid thing" which deserves to be ignored, that someone thinks that some contry (no matter which) causes all bad in other country (no matter which) - all seen in very black-white way
