Byzantia - reunification quest?

Thought i would do it for fun, i started as Epir hoping that would make it more challenging.
I found this info about remaking Byzantia in another thread.

Byzantia: Conquer Epirus, Hellas, Solun, Thrace, Nicaea, Anatolia, Antalya, Trebizond
Play as Epir, Nicaea, Trebizond - Orthodox
Wipe out Kingdoms Saloniki, Athens, Latins
Effect: Gain Cyprus, Cappadocia, Rum, Kilikia, Crete + 20000 Gold + 1000 Piety + 500 Books + 3 Power

I checked and i have Epirus, Hellas, Solun, Thrace, Nicaea, Anatolia, Antalya, Trebizond.
But so far no text box about remaking Byzantia.

So need info/help on whats wrong, cuz i plan on conquering the world after Byzantia is remade :P

you most probably don't need it, you just need Latins not to have it :D If anyone eliminates them it'S still ok ;)

hehe yeah true :P but that takes to long i just sent both my marshals there and annilated them :P
