Is it safe to say the extra artifact drop is bugged in the demo build? as there is a fix for this in the build after. I have yet to see this drop in the demo and have killed both adam and frank within 30 seconds of each other several times.

I think there was no extra artifact when the demo was released.

maybe but you would think it would be since that was included on the april 10th build 1.0.11, and the demo did not come out till near the end of april and build 1.0.15.
I think the idea is to prevent players with the demo from getting the epix from the extra artifact drop.

I fail to see the logic in that, but we are coming to the conclusion that the artifact is not dropped in the demo if by bug or intentional.
As I understand it, you're not able to play deathmatch in the demo. Thus, you don't have access to the deathmatch items. The extra artifact on dunetown is usually an epic deathmatch item. For the sake of consistency, the developers have decided to get rid of it. Makes perfect sense to me.

Yes that would make sense, i did not realize there were deathmatch only items as i have never seen any. Just out of curiosity what would a deathmatch only item be?
There are a bunch of them. Too many to count, and it would be pointless for me to list a random one. They're just items you can buy at the item shop using battle points.

I thought you can buy any item from the "shop" and that they are chosen randomly after every match :/
Unless they changed something, the deathmatch shop has its own set of possible items just like any given drop on any location.
