Hallo to everyone, i read allot of things around this forum, how to mod, how to create etc. Well now, i'm a lil' bit confused in some things, & probably i don't have the patience and time to start something new.
So, my question is, how could i modify the curent Europe Map, by delimiting the borders, for example i want to re-border (unproperly) the border lines of Treansylvania. The other question is, how can i devide a region in 2. For example i want to make 2 towns in a region, or to devide in 2, lets say ... Solun. I'm waitin' u'r reply :)
