Victory Conditions

Hi

I'm new to these forums but I've been playing KoH for quite a while now, and have also played with the Holy Rome Mod and played around with making my own Mods but I have a couple of questions;

1. Is it possible to change or turn off the Emperor of Europe voting?
2. Is it possible to turn of the minor victory through gaining all the Kingdom advantages?


And being new here, could someone tell me what AAR stands for? With regards to the "Library" section of the forum - but off-topic for this section, so sorry about that but if someone has the answer please let me know :)

about victories- I think it can't be changed, but I'm not an expert, so I can be wrong ;)
