Can't modify muslim avatar's and names!!!

Hello everybody... I thanks for all of you that give me a chance to make some changes in this wonderfull game KoH.

In order to bring more historical accuracy to KoH, I made some changes in the game's features, like names of kings and its avatars. However, I cannot change the avatars and names for muslims kings and princes, because when I start again, the game select another random avatar, not mine.

So, could you help me with this question...I was trying to creat Saladin etc...with a cool avatar, because the cristian nations no problem i already make the changes easily....
