View Full Version : Help screen is getting cut off
Wow, I am about ready to throw my cd in the trash very frustrating. I just got the game and have it fully patched to 1.05 and have graphics problem. When I start up the game part of the game screens are cut off Is there a way to adjust the game screen resolution in the game or something like that. . So much is cut that half of the strategic map is off screen. All of my drivers and Direct x are updated so that can't be it. I don't have this problem with any other games so this is kind of weird? I have posted this on about six differnt boards and haven't been able to get any help. I hope someone can tell me what is up here. I am guessing the game is not in the correct resolution or sonmething. Oh BTW the monitor I have is 20 inch if that matters.
Probably, it matters. Knights of Honor runs only in 1024x768 pixels modus, so any widescreen or otherwise strange monitor will see a black part, for instance. I have never heard of this problem, though. Can you determine what resolutions your monitor supports? It could be a widescreen supporting only up to 1024x567 pixels or something like that (using the 16:9 ratio).
As far as I know it is astandrad monitor. Ihave never had this problem before. I am not sure the monitor resolution. I will have to look it up.
prob solved I have an adjust on my monitor which self corrected the game screen.
My new computer is 22 inch, so this is good news.

Yes, if anyone has a bigger monitor 22 ich, 20 inch whatever just go to the monitors menu using the buttons on the monitor and find the adjust or auto adjust whatever it is called on your particular monitor and it should configure the game to that monitor.
