Guys, would you please give me some more information about these "advantages" ? What is their point and how are they done? I mean, do I have to build certain type of buildings or...? I would read this from my book, but because the game is bought in Germany, it's in German and I can't understand anything from it.

Kingdom advantages requires resources to enable. If you manage to enable all the kingdom advantages (All the resources in the game are produced by your kingdom) you can accept a minor victory. Kingdom advantages themselves give you, well and advantage. For example, Age of Enlightenment double the book production of your libraries, universities etc. Spring Festivel increases happines in your inns and hostels etc.

To see what Trade Goods and/or Exotic Goods are required to gain a certain Kingdom Advantage, as well as to see the benefits of it, just go to the Kingdom Advantages screen (the button for it is in the bottom bar on the screen) or to the Royal Library (same bar).

And exotic goods are imported in Admiralities whereas the other goods come from buildings or merchants.

One of the better KA's that requires no exotic goods is Age of Discoveries.
