Firstly i cannot play Knights of Honor because the installation was not completed proper ally, so in an attempt to fix the problem i try to uninstall and try again but sadly each time i try to uninstall i get an error message

Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix the problem?

Don't bother uninstalling it, just make another installation over again.
