Where is the "No Intro Fix"??

I´m trying to find the no intro fix, but I´ve only found dead links:

BTW: I know I can skip the intro with ctrl + left mouse button, but I want to skip it completely.

I've temporarily uploaded the NoIntro-Fix by #AlphaHelix here (http://www.load.to/?d=CBNn3x63hU) to a freehoster.
Does anyone have a place to permanently upload this?

I can´t download the file. I´ve tried it with Opera and even with Internet Explorer. It´s not working. :(
