need instruction for putting in a mod

I have a problem.
I've downloaded a mod, but I'm not able to but it in to KoH.
my Pakman hasn't got a "read-me".
So I don't no how to put in new files. But I can replace them.

You don't have to use the .pak files anymore once you've extracted them - Knights of Honor reads the files in the directories first. I never replaced any file in the .pak files or tried to do so, since it isn't necessary.
