Problem with the resolution

I recently changed my video to nVidia 8600gt and I have the latest drivers, but when I start the game the part of the screen I marked is just...not on screen! You see if I take a screenshot everything is seen but as I look at the game it is like the monitor is not wide enough to catch the whole menu. Any ideas how to fix it?

Hit the self-align function key on your monitor.
Or read the monitor's manual if you don't know what that means. Look out for an explanation of what the buttons on it do. Pressing the right one will solve the problem.

I have no buttons on my monitor. Everything is done by software. I will try something.

In the NVIDIA configuration screen / settings (at my pc I can right-click on the desktop to see it in the menu) you can adjust the position of the image on the screen. Perhaps this helps.
