Screen goes Blank - after a minute it gets Back

After logged in and added a "specialication point" a "bing-sound" sounded out of my boxes and the screen goes black - but the mouse courser was still visible and movable. i switched back to windows (vista 32) and saw a message in the system tray: "... error with nvlddmkm ..."

after a minute the menu screen came back. all works normal

i suggest a problem with the nvidia graphic driver (8600gt gfx-card).

This is actually and Vista and Nvidia problem. There are some topic on it on the internet, with some solutions. However can not guarantee they will work. It is an very old problem first reported about a year or so ago and seems still not fixed.

However might wanna see if you have the latest drivers running.
