What happened:
I finished this mission successfully and was in the post-mission report screen and just selected an reward (+3 Armour). It then crashed to my desktop. I have not received this reward, it however did unlock the next mission.

Can you "remake" the crash: No
I have replayed the mission and I selected the same reward. It did not crash the second time and I did this time received the reward. Only thing I did different the second time was that I cleared the enemies around the relic. For the rest I followed almost the same trail.

Seconded. You are one of the few people who make beta helpful to game developers. Most just play the game because it's free at the time. :)
