As a trackball user i don't have a mousewheele, that's the reason i would appreciate it if you could include camera control (zoom, rotation) via keyboard (Page Up = Zoom out, Page Down = Zoom in for example).
Maybe it's also possible to give the right mouse button the capabilties of the middle mouse button. So you can rotate the camera by clicking the right mouse button.
