Ok I just played the first level of the single player mode. I would say the overall experience is enjoyable. Some of the game mechanics are a little confusing at first. I have yet to find a way to set the camera on auto follow. So, I was having to change the game perspective alot to see around obstacles such as trees. I also noticed the father that was the focal point started following automatically. I would ask for some way to control when he starts his journey cause he and his technicians walk into where I am taking on enemies and end up taking casualties.

Also I love the arrows that you have in game letting us know where to go, cause if you did not have those I would have gotten lost. I would like to see more explanation of tactics regarding distance. I tried a few different tactics. One I had the son in a seperate group with only 5 bodyguards, and the rest in another group. I used call in reinforcements once. I tried out the son heal technique, I am confused why he is the only one that can heal. I saw after I finished the first mission you can have a passive heal for all troops. Why can't the son's heal, heal some of the other troops damage.

Other than that I liked the voice over, can't wait to see the cut scenes. good job. I am looking forward to playing the second mission.

Ok,

I just finished level 2 of the single player mode. I still really like the graphics of this game. The unit controls are clunky. I am having a hard time with the selection box.

I still do not like how I have to manually move the camera along with my group. If makes combat busy. The only way I can use my units is to set em in separate smaller groups and use the control and 1-9 to make quick selection assignments. The battles are alright, I am getting a sense of what each unit does.

I am just getting into target assignment now. One thing I would say is the mobs seem overpowered at times. Also I would really like to see more checkpoints. I found that clicking on the arrow thing. That is helpful. One of my pet peeves is when games force you to do the entire level over.

Strategy in this game seems to be, do not clump up, find out what each units strengths are and use em for those purposes. Also I am noticing the more groups you have the better each mob goes down. Maybe you can have a visual representation of what each grouping holds. I like the special abilities, they make some overwhelming odds manageable.

The Shaman is awesome, he makes our units almost unstoppable. I don't mind strategic retreating. I have already figured out all the points where units de-agro so I can pull small groups that is nice. I have played games that it seemed like they were perma- agro.

Now onto mission length, I find myself wishing for more. The missions are short. I am hoping since this is the alpha that there is more to missions. This mission has 3 main points. Each point can be done quickly.

Thank you for the opportunity to have a dialog with you

Use the 'WASD' keys on your keyboard to move the camera around. Makes this game much easier to control.
