k, after playing a 2v2 vs Cult and Tribe, I have to say that teleport is way too strong~ escpecially Teleporting your ally.

2v2 Maps are quite large and enabling 2 players to move cross map with 1 teleport is unrealistically imbalanced >> for instance teleporting in back of one of you enemies troops, or simply attacking an enemy building then seeing your building is being attacked oops >> teleport 2 armies ontop of 1 and its done.

shifting ray alone is not OP
its when 2 or more players can get teleported together.

or

mindsight + shifting ray = spy to find enemy then teleport on them with your mega horde of units and while they are confused what just happened freeze + 2 times incinerate + corrupt + nova + chain + fear(arbiter) + fear(howling horror) + feed + ummm oh yeah TORNADO + INFEST + HORRIFY
all that is happening regular units attacking also

after that renew and the global heal tribes get (healing grace?) + unholy aura or power overseer

some other good combos

mindsight + cult instant build on crystal patch
mindsight + infest on enemy buildings
corrupt + neather nova on swarms of units :D

I agree. Hell it'd of been worse if it was a 3v3 with 2 cult players and a tribes. Think about a big mobile army that can pop on your base kill it then run away before you can react. Teleporting your own army is not overpowered. You have only your own firepower, which can be iffy depending on the enemies build. Teleport should not take my allies to battle... However its funny when my ally go AFK and i purposely send my army around with my master at my afk allies units :P Atleast hes still fighting lol.

Mindsight + Possess isn't OP. Its two players working together to get map control faster.

Mindsight + Infest again isn't OP. Its harassing the enemies weaker bases and planning ahead to fight the bigger ones.

Corrupt + neather nova is just a BOOM thing that both players can work well together with in the middle of battle.

But out of all the Combos - Horrify + Hurricane during battle just seems to be WIN. I love it because the enemies attack eachother while getting fried by lighting :p.

Notice that there are no human skills mentioned in the above... All of the good CC & AoE spells are for cult and tribes. Humans had their advantage in higher damage etc., but that continues to be nerfed while the other races are buffed. Humans have the raw end of the deal if you ask me.
