How to unlock the other coop missions?

Yesterday i have got killed the endboss on Safari. I thought with the win of that mission the next mission will be unlocked. But was not. So what have i to do? Would playing the SP campaign unlock them? And is it the same way in the Release-Version?

Mostly you need to complete missions to unlock coop locations, but there are locations that unlock other locations.

To be more specific, Kharum unlocks Junkyard. The rest of the Locations are unlocked by playing the single player Missions.
