well, if this is problem, wouldn't it then be better to remove some provinces in Kilikia (Armenia), Tripolis or Antioch and add them to mainland Syria and Egypt?

The last picture seems to be the religion-map. But why is Edessa orthodox ? Of course there lived many Armenians but the crusader state itself was catholic, wasn't it ?

Thoros of Edessa was 1st crusade ! You wrote your scenario begins in 1140.

In 1140 a catholic ruler named Joscelin II ruled Edessa :
